Personal training is ideal for you if you prefer a coach to yourself and need a more personal safe space and approach to your training, mindset, and nutrition. You’ll work with an SS60 dedicated coach personally to assess your current situation and together, we will discover fast, safe and effective ways to help you build muscle, lose body fat, feel more energised and accomplish your goals. You can also share the cost with a friend if you would like to work in a pair. We have various packages on offer and we offer a complimentary consultation to discuss your goals further, get in touch.

1x session a week – £140 per month
2x sessions a week – £270 per month
3x sessions a week – £350 per month
This membership is for you if:
- -You need sports specific training/events
- -You prefer to train alone or want the undivided attention of our expert coaches
- -Your hectic work schedule requires you to stay away from SS60 for weeks at the time
- -You currently injured or have specific training requirements
