TERMS &CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions are entered into by and between SS6O and You.
Services:

Our services include the following:
o Yoga and Fitness Classes (“Classes”):
o Personal Training (“PT”):
o Semi-Private Personal Training (“SPPT”):

We will supply the services to you for the time period set out in your booking.
We will supply the services at our studio premises at 3 Churchill Road, Barnet, EN4 8SY (“our studio premises”) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All payments for the services must be made in advance, via our website.

If you have not booked and made payment in advance we are not required to allow you entry to a class or session. Payment may not be made at the door, unless you have a booked consultation with a Personal Trainer.

You may not bring any visitors with you to a class or session (unless they have booked and paid for the class or session that you are attending).

All of our services are non-transferable.

If our performance of the services is affected by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.

We may have to suspend the services, for example, due to ill health of an instructor or personal trainer. We will contact you in advance to tell you we will be suspending the services unless the problem is urgent or an emergency. If we have to suspend the start of a class or session for longer than 30 minutes we will adjust the price so that you do not pay for services while they are suspended, or we will offer you an alternative class or session.

YOUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES
If you wish to make a change to your booking please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible, we will let you know about any changes to the price of the services, their timing or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.

OUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES
We may make changes to our services or these Terms that may affect your use of the services, including changing class or session times. We will notify you in advance of any changes to classes or sessions that you have booked. If you do not agree to the changes, then you may contact us to end the contract and receive a full refund before the changes take effect.

Classes
The maximum class size is 6 people. APPLIES TO OUR CLASSES ONLY AT THE STUDIO BUT WE WILL BE HOLDING CLASSES OUTSIDE THE STUDIO FOR LARGER NUMBERS

All Classes must be booked at least 6 hours in advance. Class times are listed on the schedule on our website.

Classes will start and finish at the scheduled time, even if you do not arrive on time for your booked Class.

You should arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time for your Class. If you are not physically present and have not signed in within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time for your Class, then your space may be released to another individual on the wait-list for that Class.

You may contact us at any time to cancel or reschedule a Class on at least 12 hours’ written notice. Classes must be cancelled online via our website. No refunds will be given for any Classes unless you cancel the Class more than 12 hours prior to the scheduled start of the Class.

If you wish to reschedule a booked Class (on at least 12 hours written notice) we will use our best endeavours to accommodate your request for another booking at an alternative Class, but we cannot guarantee that space in a specific Class will be available. We will offer you a space at the next available Class.

Fitness Classes may be purchased in a bundle. Fitness class bundles must be used with in 1 month on a 1 and 5 bundle or 2 months on a 10 bundle from the date of purchase. You may choose to book any of the Fitness classes that are scheduled weekly by SS6O on the website.

Personal Training
All PT sessions are 60 minutes, unless otherwise arranged with us.
You may purchase block bookings for PT. Please take note of the expiry date of your block booking. The expiry date cannot be changed or extended.
If you have purchased a PT block booking, you are entitled to participate in PT sessions at our studio premises at a time slot agreed with us, at any time before the expiry of the time period of the block booking.

You may contact us within 24 hours of booking a PT block booking to cancel it and obtain a full refund. Thereafter, no refunds will be given for PT block booking unless you have a good reason (for example long term illness, life changing medical event, pregnancy or serious injury) in which case we may provide a refund within our sole discretion.

You may contact us at any time to reschedule a PT session on at least 12 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start of the session. We will use our best endeavours to accommodate your request for an alternative session, but we cannot guarantee that a mutually suitable session will be available. No refunds will be given if you are unable to reschedule a session.

PT sessions will start and finish at the scheduled time, even if you do not arrive on time for your booked PT session.

You should arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time for your PT session. If you are not physically present and have not signed in within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time for your PT session, then your session may be cancelled and no refund will be given for the session.

We will notify you if your instructor or personal trainer is planning a holiday or extended absence. Your personal trainer will discuss alternative arrangements with you and you will be allocated another personal trainer in his or her absence.

We will require you to provide us with all necessary information in order to ensure that we can plan and assist you in achieving your fitness goals. If any information provided is incorrect or inaccurate we may end the contract.

Semi -Private Personal Training.
You may contact us within 24 hours of booking a SPPT package to cancel it and obtain a full refund. Thereafter, no refunds will be given for SGPT unless you have a good reason (for example long term illness, life changing medical event, pregnancy or serious injury) in which case we may provide a refund within our sole discretion.

You may contact us at any time to reschedule a SPPT session on at least 12 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start of the session. Classes must be cancelled online via our website. No refunds will be given for any Classes unless you cancel the Class more than 12 hours prior to the scheduled start of the Class.

We will use our best endeavours to accommodate your request for an alternative session, but we cannot guarantee that space in a specific session will be available. We will offer you a space in the next available session. No refunds will be given if you are unable to reschedule a session.

SPPT sessions will start and finish at the scheduled time, even if you do not arrive on time for your booked SPPT session.

You should arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time for your SPPT session. If you are not physically present and have not signed in within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time for your SPPT session, then your session may be cancelled, and no refund will be given for the session

The SPPT programme is designed to assist you in achieving your fitness goals. You are therefore expected to attend every session, or your goals may not be achieved. We do not guarantee results.

Age Limit:
The Member confirms that he/she is 18 years old or older. For persons 16 or 17 years old, exceptions are granted based on a written parental consent. Persons under 16 years of age must be supervised at all times.

Health:
The Member confirms that he/she does not suffer from health problems that would hinder exercise or prevent him/her from engaging in exercise, or that would be detrimental or adverse to the Member’s health, safety or physical condition if he/she did exercise. In case of any doubt, the Member shall seek advice by a medical doctor who should confirm the ability to exercise. SS60 fitness shall have no obligation to perform a fitness assessment or similar testing to determine the Member’s physical condition. If an assessment is done at SS60 fitness, it is for the sole purpose of compiling comparative data in order to track the Member’s progress in a programme and not for diagnostic purposes.

Liability:
Each Member of SS60 shall be liable for any property damage and/or personal injury caused by the Member on the SS60 Fitness premises. It shall be the obligation of the Member to pay for any costs involved upon presentation of a statement thereof.

Waiver of Liability:
Any and all use of the SS60 Fitness facilities shall be at Member’s own risk at all times. The Member shall not utilise any equipment unless he/she knows the appropriate usage. SS60 Fitness shall not be liable for any injuries, physical impact or damages to the

Member, or the property of the Member, or be subject to any claim arising out of the use of the premises and/or of the equipment made available to the users.

Lockers for Personal Belongings:
There are no lockers for personal belongings in the studio.

Lost Property or Theft:
You agree that SS60 Fitness is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings while you are present at our studio premises. You assume all risk of loss or damage to any of your personal belongings. Any items left on SS60 Fitness premises will be kept for a period of two weeks before being disposed of.

Suspension/Termination of Membership:
If the Member behaves in a way that breaches the code of conduct membership can be suspended or terminated at management’s sole discretion.

Access & Security:
SS60 is open Monday to Thursday 6am until 9:30pm, Friday 6am-8.30pm and Saturday from 8am – 2pm, with the exception of bank holidays and exceptional circumstances, when times may vary. Classes are available according to times stated in the SS60 booking system. Classes and instructors are subject to change with no prior notice.

Payment:

The Member is responsible for the payment of the membership. This is true even if the amount is debited directly by SS60 Fitness. Agreed price only applies if the Member pays according to the agreed conditions.

Monthly month’s payment or pro rata amount and any sign-up fee are paid at the point of this agreement. The Member has given approval for an automatic debit from his/her account or card and the cancellation must be announced a minimum of one month before the next debit.

If the payment is late the member will receive a reminder email from SS60 Fitness and access may be suspended. The membership continues to run even if the access is suspended. If after 30 days the amount is still not paid, the Member is in violation of the contract and the total outstanding amount of the contract will be due. SS60 Fitness may transfer the case to a debt collector, which will add additional fees.

Price Changes:
All prices are fixed for the duration of a membership. We may increase the price of our services from time to time.

We will endeavour to give you at least 10 days notice of any increase in prices.
By making a booking for our services you agree to our increased prices.
