Meet the team

Hi, I’m Sara a busy working mum with a passion to help people to find love for fitness, feel better, move better and live better . I know how busy life can get and how easy we can leave our health and fitness at the bottom of our priority list.

I found my passion for heath and fitness after I decided to put myself first for the sake of my children and my health. Being a good role model to my children is important. I haven’t looked back since and achieved my level 2&3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training and a certified transformation nutrition coach. I have also competed at a national level as a UKBFF British bikini athlete competitor.

I have a passion for learning and you will find me furthering my knowledge (CPD) with current research and courses to help deepen my knowledge and help my clients further. I am currently completing my Antal and Post Natal and Level 4 Strength and Conditioning diplomas.

Over the years my clients each lost between 5kg and 15kg and all of them had fun doing it and feel happier and healthier.
